UV-9 is a highly efficient UV radiation-absorbing agent, capable of effectively absorbing UV radiation in the 290-400 nm wavelength range while minimally absorbing visible light, making it particularly suitable for light-colored and transparent products. UV-9 is highly stable against light and heat and does not decompose below 200°C. It is primarily used in paint, plastic, and cosmetic products, such as PVC, PS, PU, and acrylic resins, with a typical dosage of 0.1-0.5%.
